Viera Florida Community Information

The community of Viera, located along the Indian River in the Space Coast Region, was once part of the 38,000 acre Dude Ranch. Development started in 1989 and is now the fastest growing new master planned community in Brevard County. For those looking to relocate, Viera has many amenities to offer.

The well equipped Brevard Public Schools pride themselves on their safety conscious environment. With 61 new National Board Certified  teachers, they rank 2nd in all of Florida. 

In health care, Viera Health Park offers great health services all in one area and One Senior Place is a one stop research and shopping hub for every thing a senior could need from professional consulting to in home senior care. 

 As for shopping, located in a parklike setting with beautiful landscaping and fountains, The Avenues of Viera Center have many of the nations premier retailers as well as fine dining and a 16 screen theater.

To sports fans, Viera is also home of the Space Coast Stadium. This is the home field of the Brevard County Manatees and training home of the Washington Nationals.
