We were absolutely delighted with Diane. Diane worked very hard for us from the beginning, (sending us listings since we first contacted her last October thru collecting our mailbox keys to our new house). Diane was recommended to me by my cousin here in town for assistance in looking for a condo. I was living in Texas at the time, and through e-mails, phone calls and one quick visit to the area, Diane was able to find me the perfect condo for my needs. That would have been a nice ending to a Realtor/Client relationship.

But no. Diane's assistance went far beyond that. She was the one who ended up dealing directly with the owners of the condo complex. She was the one who set up all the paperwork. She was the one who set up all the closing instructions. She was the one (along with my cousin) who ended up doing the walk-through in my behalf. She was the one who sent me hundreds of pictures. She was the one who kept me informed of the local market values. She was the one who kept everything going for me while I was still stuck in Texas.

Mostly though, she was incredibly supportive to me while I went through crisis after crisis while selling my home in Texas. She patiently listened while I whined about family issues. She jumped right in and assisted me with the sale of my home in Texas by gathering necessary information-keeping a positive attitude-and giving me much needed moral support. There was no vested financial interest for Diane, when she helped me with my Texas problems. She did it as a caring friend. She actually ended up making very little from my purchase in Cape Canaveral since it was a new condo, but that never stopped her from doing everything she could to make it happen for me.

This move to Cape Canaveral is a fresh start for me, a new beginning after the death of my husband. Diane's positive attitude and support made it possible. I can never thank her enough.
