FHA (Federal Housing Administration) has just announced a change in their mortgage limits.  This change also affects Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac acceptable mortgage loan limits.

In Brevard County the new limit is:

SINGLE FAMILY                   TWO FAMILY             THREE FAMILY              FOUR FAMILY

     $291,250                               $372,850                      $450,700                          $560,100

This change will cause a significant influx of capital into the mortgage market allowing Amercians to realize their dream of home ownership and homeowners the chance to refinance their existing mortgages.
