NOW IS THE TIME

Now is the time to make your dreams a reality.  If you are up north it is cold and snowy and you haven´t seen the sun in days.  The holidays are over and everything has settled down.  Now is the time to think about a move to sunny Florida.  Brevard County is located on the east coast of Florida and has a lot to offer new residents.

Consider the cities of Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and Indialantic, whose cities border the great Atlantic Ocean.  Cape Canaveral is close to the port where the cruise ships are moored and the Port of Canaveral is a great area for deep sea fishing, fine restaurants, Jetty Park and the beach life.  Two gambling ships are moored at the port and leave daily to cruise to the Atlantic Ocean while passengers gamble, stroll the decks, eat and drink, and listen to music, all for free.  Pick from one of the many great seafood restaurants located on the channel leading to the Ocean and watch the Cruise ships leaving on their cruises and the fishing boats bringing in their catch of the day this provides great dining entertainment.

The cities of Titusville, Cocoa, Rockledge and Merritt Island border the Banana or Indian Rivers or, as in the case of Merritt Island, both rivers. Titusville is also the home of NASA and the Space Coast.  Everyone is thrilled and awed while watching the shuttle and rocket launches from Cape Kennedy.  Cape Kennedy has a visitor´s complex where visitors can experience a shuttle launch, see the history of rockets, the exploration of space over the years and enjoy an IMAX movie.  Cocoa is a quaint city that has a historical district with many fine and unique shops, restaurants and reflects years of old Florida history. The city of Rockledge was the first tourist area on the East Coast of Florida and is brimming with early Florida history.  Merritt Island offers true island living and is located between the Banana and Indian Rivers.  The location of this city enables its residents to have a water view from both the front and back of their homes and condos.  There is great river fishing, private boating and varied water sports not to mention the beautiful Florida sunrises and sunsets.

Then there are the cities of Viera, Melbourne and Palm Bay.  These cities provide an eclectic mix of malls, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courses and parks.  Viera is a newly developed city with new shopping areas, new schools, homes, condos, medical facilities, churches and boasts of being located around the government facilities for Brevard County.  Melbourne has just completed a beautification of its downtown historic district.  This downtown area offers shopping, great restaurants, and entertainment.  Palm Bay is the largest city in Brevard County.  In Palm Bay you can live in a subdivision or on your own private ranch it is your choice. Palm Bay has condominiums that border the river providing spectacular views of the river and the beach cities.
